Ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla kurdu\u011fumuz ili\u015fkilerden kendimizi ifade etme bi\u00e7imimize kadar pek \u00e7ok \u015fey beden \u00fczerinden \u015fekillenir. Bu nedenle beden yaln\u0131zca biyolojik bir yap\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda psikolojik ve toplumsal anlamlar ta\u015f\u0131yan bir aland\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nas\u0131l giyindi\u011fimiz, nas\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz, ses tonumuz, jestlerimiz, mimiklerimiz ve hatta sosyal medyada kendimizi nas\u0131l sundu\u011fumuz bile kimli\u011fimizin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr hale gelme bi\u00e7imlerinden biridir. \u0130nsan \u00e7o\u011fu zaman yaln\u0131zca \u201ckim oldu\u011funu\u201d de\u011fil, nas\u0131l g\u00f6r\u00fcnmek istedi\u011fini de beden \u00fczerinden ifade eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu nedenle beden ile kimli\u011fi birbirinden tamamen ayr\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek kolay de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc beden, yaln\u0131zca fiziksel bir varl\u0131k de\u011fil; ki\u015finin kendilik alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, sosyal ili\u015fkilerini ve toplum i\u00e7inde nas\u0131l konumland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da etkileyen bir yap\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kimlik Ger\u00e7ekten Sabit midir?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kimlik \u00e7o\u011fu zaman \u201cBen kimim?\u201d sorusuna verilen cevaplarla a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131r. Ancak bu cevaplar sabit ve de\u011fi\u015fmez de\u011fildir. \u0130nsan, ya\u015fam\u0131 boyunca i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu ili\u015fkiler, deneyimler ve toplumsal ko\u015fullar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kimli\u011fini s\u00fcrekli yeniden \u015fekillendirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7ocuklukta kurulan ili\u015fkiler, aile yap\u0131s\u0131, bak\u0131m verenlerin yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ve ki\u015finin b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ortam bu s\u00fcrecin temel par\u00e7alar\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsan kendisini nas\u0131l g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ili\u015fkiler i\u00e7inde \u00f6\u011frenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baz\u0131 insanlar \u00e7ocukluk d\u00f6neminde daha \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olduklar\u0131nda takdir edildi\u011fini hisseder. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 hata yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yaln\u0131zca davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil, karakterlerinin ele\u015ftirildi\u011fini deneyimler.
