D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinin, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ve kimli\u011finin tamamen \u201ckendisine ait\u201d oldu\u011funu varsayabilir. Oysa insan\u0131n benlik alg\u0131s\u0131 yaln\u0131zca bireysel deneyimlerle de\u011fil, ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla kurdu\u011fu ili\u015fkiler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla da \u015fekillenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amerikal\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr George Herbert Mead\u2019in en dikkat \u00e7ekici fikirlerinden biri tam olarak burada ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar: \u0130nsan, kendisini ancak toplumsal ili\u015fkiler i\u00e7inde tan\u0131yabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mead\u2019e g\u00f6re benlik do\u011fu\u015ftan haz\u0131r halde bulunan sabit bir yap\u0131 de\u011fildir. \u0130nsan, ya\u015fam\u0131 boyunca di\u011fer insanlarla kurdu\u011fu etkile\u015fimler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kendisini anlamaya ve tan\u0131mlamaya ba\u015flar. Bu nedenle benlik, yaln\u0131zca bireyin i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda olu\u015fan bir yap\u0131 de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal ili\u015fkilerin i\u00e7inde geli\u015fen bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir (Mead, 2017).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kendimizi Ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n Bak\u0131\u015f\u0131yla Tan\u0131mak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7ocukluk d\u00f6neminden itibaren insan, \u00e7evresindeki insanlar\u0131n tepkilerini g\u00f6zlemleyerek kendisi hakk\u0131nda fikir geli\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nas\u0131l konu\u015ftu\u011fumuz, nas\u0131l davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, hata yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda nas\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ya da ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fumuzda nas\u0131l takdir edildi\u011fimiz zamanla benlik alg\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline gelir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baz\u0131 insanlar \u00e7ocukluk d\u00f6neminde daha \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olduklar\u0131nda de\u011fer g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini hisseder. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 hata yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yaln\u0131zca davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil, ki\u015filiklerinin ele\u015ftirildi\u011fini deneyimler. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 ise duygular\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi\u011finde geri \u00e7ekilen ya da k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmseyen tutumlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zamanla ki\u015fi yaln\u0131zca ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n ona ne s\u00f6yledi\u011fini de\u011fil, onlar\u0131n bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 da i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu nedenle insan\u0131n kendisiyle kurdu\u011fu i\u00e7 ses \u00e7o\u011fu zaman tamamen bireysel de\u011fildir. \u0130\u00e7 d\u00fcnyam\u0131zda ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z baz\u0131 yarg\u0131lar, ge\u00e7mi\u015f ili\u015fkilerin izlerini ta\u015f\u0131yabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mead\u2019in \u201cSosyal Ben\u201d Fikri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mead, benli\u011fi anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken \u00f6nemli bir ayr\u0131m yapar:<br>\u201cFerdi ben\u201d ve \u201csosyal ben\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sosyal ben, toplumun beklentilerini, kurallar\u0131n\u0131 ve di\u011fer insanlar\u0131n bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren taraf\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Ferdi ben ise bu beklentilere verdi\u011fimiz daha bireysel ve \u00f6zg\u00fcn tepkileri ifade eder. Mead\u2019e g\u00f6re birey, i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu toplumsal grubun tav\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7selle\u015ftirerek benlik geli\u015ftirir (Mead, 2017).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda farkl\u0131 insanlarla birlikteyken farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nlerimizi g\u00f6stermemiz de biraz bununla ili\u015fkilidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir arkada\u015f ortam\u0131nda daha rahat davran\u0131rken, i\u015f ortam\u0131nda daha kontroll\u00fc olabiliriz. Ailemizle konu\u015furken farkl\u0131, sosyal medyada kendimizi ifade ederken farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nlerimiz ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu durum \u00e7o\u011fu zaman \u201csahte olmak\u201d anlam\u0131na gelmez. \u0130nsan, toplumsal ili\u015fkiler i\u00e7inde farkl\u0131 roller \u00fcstlenebilen bir varl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr Olma ve Onay \u0130htiyac\u0131<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modern ya\u015famla birlikte insanlar\u0131n kendilerini sunma bi\u00e7imleri daha g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr hale gelmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle sosyal medya, ki\u015finin yaln\u0131zca kim oldu\u011funu de\u011fil; nas\u0131l g\u00f6r\u00fcnmek istedi\u011fini de \u015fekillendiren g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir alan haline gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130nsan art\u0131k yaln\u0131zca \u00e7evresindeki ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan de\u011fil, dijital d\u00fcnyan\u0131n s\u00fcrekli a\u00e7\u0131k olan bak\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde de kendisini de\u011ferlendirmeye ba\u015flayabilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu durum zaman zaman ki\u015finin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u00fcrekli onay aramas\u0131na,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla kendisini k\u0131yaslamas\u0131na,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nas\u0131l g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 odaklanmas\u0131na,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kendi de\u011ferini d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan gelen geri bildirimlerle belirlemesine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">neden olabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ki\u015fi bazen kendi benli\u011fini ya\u015famak yerine, kabul g\u00f6rece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir kimli\u011fi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu noktada Mead\u2019in sembolik etkile\u015fim yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 olduk\u00e7a dikkat \u00e7ekicidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc birey, kendisini \u00e7o\u011fu zaman ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n bak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve toplumsal etkile\u015fimler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla de\u011ferlendirmektedir (Mead, 2017).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benlik Neden K\u0131r\u0131lgan Hale Gelebilir?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130nsan kendisini yaln\u0131zca d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan gelen de\u011ferlendirmeler \u00fczerinden tan\u0131mlamaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, benlik alg\u0131s\u0131 daha k\u0131r\u0131lgan hale gelebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnyan\u0131n beklentileri s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bug\u00fcn yeterli hissettiren \u015fey, yar\u0131n yetersiz g\u00f6r\u00fcnebilir.
